Seema’s Salsa Dip

This is an excellent dip. I bring this dip often to gatherings with my favourite people!!

Ingredients:

½ cup low fat mayonnaise (or low fat miracle whip) or salsa dip

½ cup low fat sour cream

2-3 green onions

½ green pepper

Salsa - 1 cup approx.

Tex Mex cheese (grated) - ½ cup approx.

2-3 ripe tomatoes –roma tomatoes are preferable as they have less water

Pie dish or quiche dish

1 pkg. baked  Nachos

Method:

1)      Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.  Put as bottom layer

2)      Add green onions and green peppers.

3)      Then add salsa.

4)      Then spread with cheese.

5)      Top with tomatoes

6)      Serve with Nachos
